For nearly two decades, Debbie Co has built a reputation for her romantic and timeless designs. Her studio, Atelier Debbie Co, has become synonymous with bespoke evening and bridal wear, attracting high-profile clients, including celebrities such as Julia Barretto, Janine Gutierrez, Carla Abellana, Coleen Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, Nicole Andersson, Verniece Enciso, and Elisse Joson.
So it came as quite a surprise when she announced her expansion with the launch of the Prêt-à-Porter Debbie Co line.
At the official opening of the pop-up boutique at Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Debbie shared that she wanted to give her signature feminine style a fresh twist by combining elegance with everyday practicality for any occasion, from day to night.
Debbie’s latest venture, Prêt-à-Porter Debbie Co, represents a return to her roots in ready-to-wear fashion. Since 2005, she has been a prominent figure in the fashion industry, initially collaborating with key fashion hubs like The Ramp, Ishq, and Souk. Her successful ready-to-wear line, After Eight, and recent collaborations with MOSAIC and R.A.F. have solidified her status as a leading designer.
The new Prêt-à-Porter collection, on the other hand, showcases Co’s signature style. She incorporated a variety of textures and fabrics while maintaining the feminine and romantic elements that define her work.
“I wanted to create a collection that still has my signature feminine and romantic style, yet can be worn on many occasions. I want every woman to feel confident and beautiful through Prêt-à-porter Debbie Co. And at a more accessible price point, I hope more women can enjoy my designs,” Debbie shared.
The designer added that Prêt-à-Porter Debbie Co is also priced to be more accessible, with items starting at P7,500.
Prêt-à-porter Debbie Co is located at R2, Power Plant Mall, Makati City. You may also conveniently shop from anywhere through their website, www.pretaporterdebbieco.com.
