Roxas Blvd now exclusive to pedestrians on Sundays

Pedestrians and fitness buffs will have portions of Roxas Boulevard in Manila all to themselves on Sunday mornings starting May 26. The stretch of Roxas Boulevard from Quirino Avenue to P.
