Students in Laoag City are now able to go online and do their schoolwork, thanks to a mobile internet truck called ‘Vertext on Wheels’ deployed by PLDT and wireless subsidiary Smart Communications Inc. in partnership with Ilocos Norte provincial distributor Vertext Handyphones.
